You can expect a full shedding cycle with smoother texture, refined-looking pores, and a brighter, clearer complexion. Initial glow appears quickly; flaking and renewal occur over days to weeks. Results improve progressively, with optimal outcomes after following two-week prep and post-peel care.
Yes — this advanced spicule peel is excellent for congestion and clogged pores and helps acne-prone skin by clearing build-up. You must be assessed beforehand; active cystic acne or certain prescriptions may require clearance. Prep visit and product restrictions are required.
Recovery includes visible peeling and shedding for roughly three to seven days; redness and sensitivity may persist slightly longer. Avoid scrubs, active ingredients, and sun exposure while healing. Full-size aftercare moisturizer is provided and strict SPF use is essential during recovery.
Start with a prep visit to pick up your customized serum and learn safe usage. For two weeks stop retinol, tretinoin, AHAs/BHAs and acne prescriptions unless cleared. Use prep cream twice weekly, avoid other procedures, and apply SPF 30+ daily.
Stop retinol or tretinoin and all AHA/BHA products for at least two weeks before treatment to reduce risk. Your provider will advise when to restart active ingredients after healing — typically once peeling stops and the skin barrier has recovered.
Many clients notice improvement after one session, but a tailored series may be recommended for deeper pigmentation or texture concerns. A typical plan is three treatments spaced four to six weeks apart, determined during your consultation and based on skin response.
